Purchases on our website or instore are subject for a refund, exchange, or return only under these conditions
Contact our customer service team first regarding your purchase please provide details, photo's, and updated contact information where you can be reached with a resolution.
- Product and Extension purchases are final in sale, Headwraps, Tools, and Hot Tools can be returned by mail or in person within 3 days of receiving. Customers are expected to return items in its original boxing.
- State of return will determine resolution.
- Returns for Headwraps Tools, and Hot Tools that are damaged, or used upon receiving are eligible for replacement, or refund.
- Missing, stolen, or delayed orders will go through an investigation process that can take 3-5 business days.
- Customers are to contact customer service at Glammdbeauty@gmail.com regarding returns, damaged, missing, or stolen items within 3 business days of receiving or non receiving order. Provide your order number, Name, Phone number, and Email. Leave a detailed description. Allow us 24 hours for contact and resolution. Return your product via mail or in person within 2 days of resolution.
- Process of refund: Returns are refunded in the same way purchase was made. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
- We do not control the transit process and handlers but we do our best to package your product securely to ensure safe delivery
- Please allow 5 business days for packaging and shipping after your order purchase. A tracking number will be provided to your once your order is processed.
